Refund Policy

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on any item that is unworn within 15 days after receiving your order. SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

Start A Return

To start a return, please contact us at and we will send you the instructions on how to ship the return. If proof of shipment has not been submitted via email within 7 days after the instructions are sent, the return will be cancelled. Once we receive the return, we will refund the full amount plus the return shipping cost on your original payment method.

Damage and issues

Please contact us immediately if you have received the wrong item, if it is defective, or if it is damaged. We will ensure that the issue is our priority and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale and clearance items are non-returnable or refundable. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks after fulfillment, please contact Canada Post with your information.


You have 24 hours to request a cancelation via email. Your order will be canceled and you will be refunded after your payment has been processed. Cancelation could take up to 10 business days to process.


We do not offer exchange. If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered and would rather something else, please return the item and make a second purchase.
